When I am in Dynamics, I try to enter a Cash receipt and I get the message;
"A get/change operation on table SY_Current_Activity cannot find the table"
Why is this showing up and how can I fix it.

I am having the same issue but in test company. Table was missing in the test company (TWO database). I have added the table but am still getting the error.

This is happening to one workstation only?
If the previous recommendations does not work, I recommend -re-creating the ODBC connections for that workstation. Refer to the link below:

I agree with Victoria. Try to reconnect to GP and if you get the error again make sure the Activity table in the Dynamics database exists.

Sounds like you may have lost connection to the GP server. I would recommend exiting GP and logging back in.
