Any idea what is the maximum limit for daily emails sent from D365 In-App Marketing?

You can view your Marketing quota limits within the Marketing application. Please refer: Monitor your monthly quotas (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
You could refer Fair use policy (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs which has information regarding the maximum limits for resource usage per org.
