Hi Jana,

You can view your Marketing quota limits within the Marketing application. Please refer: Monitor your monthly quotas (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

Marketing email messages: Shows the total number of email messages you can still send this month, and the total number you have sent. Your email quota is equal to ten times your marketing contacts quota.

You could refer Fair use policy (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs which has information regarding the maximum limits for resource usage per org.

Your suggestion is about D365 Marketing standalone license. I currently have the In-app marketing. How can I know the limit?
