Update Account (Custom Field -Option Set) when we upload any file in SharePoint

HI Team,

I need to update a Dynamics CRM Field (Custom Option Set (Yes/No)) when a file uploaded in Sharepoint Folder.

Suppose i have uploaded 1 file in 1 folder of Sharepoint, )(In Accounts Folder - Under ABC Accounts) then i need to update that Account's Field in Dynamics CRM.

I need to do this using Power Automate. How can i achieve this.

Any help would be very useful.

    Hi Mehdi EI Amri,

    I have gone through the site you posted me. I have applied the steps but its not working. Also here the scenario is :

    A Folder named Temporary_ACC is there for every Accounts in Sharepoint. If any user upload any documents in that Temporary_Acc Folder in Sharepoint , then in CRM that Particular Account have a field called Temporary Acc contain data (Yes/No) that will updated with Yes Value in CRM.

    Here in above link i cant identify the lastIndex variable where they put  lastIndexOf(triggerBody()?[‘{Path}’],’/’) this formula, where i dont know where they found Path valriable. 

    I need hep on this regards.
