Transfer Ownership of Omnichannel Components

Hi all,

We had a user deploy omnichannel a while back. We want to remove his license now but he is still an owner of all the omnichannel components, can we just transfer the ownership of all the components to our service user account or is there another way to approach this?

Thanks

    Hi Partner,
    What are the omnichannel components?

Everything that omnichannel deploys. I can see things like processes etc. Not sure what else omnichannel deploys.

    Hi Partner,
    Does it mean these configurations?
This depends on whether you can see the 'Assign' button on the interface or not.
There seems to be no way to change the owner for most configurations.
