Problem adding contact to static segment

I am trying to add a contact to a static segment but it doesn't work. There is no error message but the contact does not add to the segment. It is a segment with 1 contact and i want to add one more. In the top right corner it says there are three members but I only see one and i am administrator. Am I doing something worng? Are there any requirements for a contact that I might not be met with the contact I am trying to add?

    Hi, 
    I didn’t really do much do resolve this issue. After several hours the contact was added to the segment so I’m not sure what the issue was.
