Send to Email Printer - Microsoft App Causing System Error

Hi

I am working in business central new version and i am having a problem with my email to printer app from microsoft.  Any task that points to this app in its call stack fails with the below message:

"An item with the same key has already been added."

I have isolated to this app as when it is uninstalled the processes work, the issue is i cannot print any documents which print via email.  Below is the extended error for merely selecting the printer management from the BC search tab

AL call stack:

"Setup Printers"(CodeUnit 2650).SetSendToEmailPrinter line 37 - Send To Email Printer by Microsoft

"Reporting Triggers"(CodeUnit 2000000005).SetupPrinters(Event) line 2

An item with the same key has already been added.

My initial thoughts is it is something that happened outside BC that caused the error (recently moved servers) and made an adjustment to label printers outside of BC.  Not sure if this can have a knock on effect.

Thanks

Joe

I have never seen this error. But it looks like either something setup related or some print job going bad and have left some data where it not should.

I would suggest you contact your partner and have them assist you in debugging this. They can also raise a supportcase with Microsoft if needed.
