Edit in Excel not working

Hi All,
I am having an issue with Edit in Excel option in Business Central. On users page, I am doing "Edit in Excel", it opens the excel, connects and refreshes the data and after 5 minutes or more, it gives an error message. 
 
 
Other pages are working fine but only the users page is giving error. 
 
I checked in sandbox and its working there but not in Production.
I have the same question (0)

    I think this typically happens due to Timeouts from the OData connection (Excel uses OData).
     
    Try to add a filters and then retry.

    Hello,

    You could validate with this option to have more detail:
     
    Open Excel → Go to File > Options > Advanced
    Scroll to General > Enable logging for Office Add-ins
    Reproduce the issue, then gather the log file for support or troubleshooting.

    Hello,

    Verify that the Excel Add-in and OData settings are consistent across environments. Additionally also check is there any permission restrictions or customizations affecting the Users table.

    Can reopening this Excel file solve the problem?
    Also, will this problem occur when using Edit in Excel in the browser?

    We tried everything and it still does not work,. Now we are trying to work with Microsoft to get this fixed.

    How many users need to be loaded in this page? It should work if other pages work fine. Try this another time and see if it makes any difference.
