Error running SQL script during FRx SP11 install

Very new to SL and FRx -

Accounting folks swear that Dynamics is fully setup, but when I run the SP11 SQL script while installing FRx I get an Nat_seg_len error int eh script where this can't be NULL.

I have looked far and wide in Dynamics to see if that is something I can set and I can't find it. It seems that it should just be a value setup on SL and then when I runt hat script the new tables for FRx are populated correctly.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to find this?

Thank you.

This might relate to a problem in the Dynamics segdef or flexdef tables which stores the structure and values for the subaccount.  You should review the Flexkey setup of the subaccount in the Shared Information module and then review the values in the actual segdef and flexdef tables in the database to verify that there is not garbage present.
