FRx WebPort Drilldown YTD Column Period 12 Last Record Incorrect

Very odd issue here.

In every FRx WebPort Report in which I drilldown by account/subaccount, the YTD Period 12 final record has the wrong total.

It does not foot the months correctly.  It is always the last record in Period 12 whether there are 1, 2, 3 records, etc and it is the only YTD total that is incorrect.

I hope someone else has seen this before.

Thanks,

Chuck

RE: FRx WebPort Drilldown YTD Column Period 12 Last Record Incorrect

    Hello Chuck,

Is the Period 12 total for the YTD column different from the result of the generated FRX Catalogs total?

Does the issue occur on all reports?

Does the same issue occur for a simplified Catalog, with 1 or 2 accounts, 1 or 2 Columns and no tree?

    Leahs

    Thanks for your help above.

We are only seeing the issue in WebPort.

There is no issue in Report Designer.

    Thanks,

    Chuck

I understand when drilling into the account level of the generated report you are not seeing the expected data.  The generated results do not summarize to the total results.  Periodic Columns will show the transaction details.  YTD columns are not intended to show transaction details, insure the data being reviewed when drilling in is the account level.

To further narrow in on the issue create a simplified catalog.

    a) Create a new row with 1 or 2 accounts.

    b) Create a column with a Desc, GL/Periodic and GL/YTD

    c) Create a new catalog and generate.

    d)  Does the issue still occur?

    e)  Does the issue occur in WebPort and Report Designer
