No 'Posts', 'Activities', 'Notes' in Activity Feed (2013)

This is an on-prem upgrade from install. We already had the Activity Feeds installed and configured. However, since the upgrade I believe there should be buttons for Posts, Activities & Notes that appear in above the feed as shown in #6 of this page (www.powerobjects.com/.../top-10-new-features-of-crm-2013). However, ours just has the What's New header followed by the feed below. How do I get these links added. The Web Resource that the wall is pointing to is 'msdyn\RecordWall.htm'. Does this need to be updated for the new version?

    I think I found a clue as to why this might not be working. In the form editor on the 'Insert' tab, if I hover over the 'Notes' button I get a message that 'This button is currently disabled.' Now to figure out why and how to re-enable it.

    Yes, I had seen that article. Just wasn't sure if there were any other options. I have since updated the SiteMap and restored the Post Configuration settings items. It wasn't until after I recreated the form that I was able to get the correct control to appear.
