Hello 

I would like to create on birthday reminder process in my CRM anyone can help me link or document so i can follow that.

    Hi,

    As described here: https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/356358fd-071c-40f6-8f35-a90e08ccdcdf/automatic-workflow-for-birthday-reminders?forum=crmdevelopment

    The easiest is to create a new field next birthday with 2 workflow one is setting the next birthday date and the other one is creating a reminder(email or task) X days before the birthday.
