Dynamics GP 2013 web client - SOP transaction screen

I am getting the following error when I click on sales, transactions in the web client:

I would appreciate any suggestions on what might cause this.

    Hi Chuck,

    It depends on what the modification is. You cannot use VBA with Web Client as it will not work and cause issues. Do you know who did the modification?

    There is a modified form in Dynamics. Not sure what the modification is but when I removed access to the modified form I could open the window. Are modifications to windows not allowed?

    Any customizations on this window including VBA, 3rd party, Dex, etc?
