Subgrid is not showing

Hi all,

we are hiding and showing some tabs based on the selected stage of the Business process flow.

When we hide all the tabs and show only required tabs, 

tab name is showing but the subgrid present in the tab is not showing. The plus (+) button and Associated records button showing.

Additional info: We have some javascript code on addOnLoad of the subgrid.

Why subgrids are not showing but tab is showing?

    What happens if you remove the subgrid onload function? Does the grid show?

    Also - can you press F12 and see if there are any javascript errors displayed in the console.

    On the subgrid on load, i removed my function and just added alert function like below, still it is not showing the subgrid

               Xrm.Page.getControl("grdApplicants").addOnLoad(function () { alert("Applicant sugbrid"); });

    We have some logic on subgrid onload, so we need that function we cannot remove subgrid addOnLoad.

    Hi Bala,

    Since it seems like you are using Dynamics 365, this is a known issue, and has been fixed in one of the service updates.

    Open a support ticket with MS and make sure they update your environment to that service update.

    The 7th item from the bottom of the resolved issues shows: "Editable grids disappear during browser refreshes"
