Dynamic 365 - Financial dimension in Financial Report

Hi,

Anyone encounter the issue below?

I want to to create a new financial report using management reporter but i encounter cannot put out the financial value for department and cost center.

Refer to the print screen below, although i already selected to show all, i am expecting to see all my financial dimensions (Department, Cost Center etc.) but it only show the main account.

How can i filter by financial dimension?

Hi Ludwig Reinhard,

What i mean is the financial dimension.

In your print screen i can see main account, business units, department, cost center and item group but in mine can only show main account and account category.

FYI, i have created financial dimension set Main_Department_Cost Center, i am expecting be able to select department and cost center.

Hi Dexin,

If you do not have access to the other financial dimensions then there must be something wrong with your Setup. From your screenprint I can see that the selection ALL has already been made. You should thus see all of your financial dimensions.

Can you check the MR configuration console and the error logs available there?

Hi Dexin,

I assume that you will need a developer's help. If you have not used and 'touched' this console before, it might be wise getting the one involved you setup the MR infrastructure.

General ledger --> ledger setup --> financial reporting setup

Did you select all relevant dimensions over there?

Hi, Mr Gray, I have set the financial reporting setup that include all the dimension. But in the management report, i still can't find the financial dimension.
