Is there anyone that can help with the definition of category 'Pcs.' on auto charges?

I know that 'Pcs.' is the charge amount will be multiplied by the quantity of items, applicable to auto charges of line level only. Amount = Received Quantity * Order line Pcs value rate.

But to which unit does Pcs relate to? Is that the inventory unit, sales unit,... ?

Category 'Pcs.' on auto charges

Hi Jean!
Is the quantity in the "quantity" field of the sales order.

if you put 3 PL or 3 ea, it will be the same.

i've setup 1 USD - Pcs. and this is what happpens:

Units // Box
