Hello Dynamics 365 BC team

I want all users to be unable to change the customer code except the navadmin user.

I have created a workflows but the sales admin user can still change the customer code.

Please help....

Maybe this will help you fix the issue.

Workflows do not control field-level permissions — they’re for approvals and process flow, not restricting access to specific fields.

To prevent users from changing the Customer No. except for NAVADMIN, you’ll need to implement a field-level control using AL code.
