RMS tries to open QuickBooks when it is already open

We are running RMS 2.0 and QuickBooks Pro 2015. In the past, when I posted the imports to QBs I had QBs open and RMS open. When I do that now, it won't post and RMS gives an error message that QBs is already open. The only way to post is to close QBs, and re-open it after posting. Why has this changed? We use the same version of RMS in another location but with QBs Pro 2014 and it doesn't do this. Is this a setting in RMS or QBs?
