Hello,
When I try to post an Invoice, I got the above error message.
I've checked that all items were fulfilled and serial # does exist. I suspect one of the serial # tables weren't updated properly. Where should I start troubleshooting this?

Hi David,
Please try to reconcile inventory and purchasing and it might fix the serial number error. Please take a backup before doing this.
