Removing Email Prefix from Sending Email from CRM

I've a support mailbox which enabled incoming and outgoing emails for Automatic Case Creation. There is auto prefix for when sending emails from CRM.
 
I know there is a setting for removing but If I remove, there might be impact for Automatic Case Creation, Old Cases, New Cases?
