How to preview the HEIC files without downloading

Hi there.

Can anyone suggest a way how can I preview HEIC files without downloading them in D365 customer service?

We can already preview JPEG/JPG/PNG files in our system, but HEIC files only start to download. Seems like HEIC files are starting to get more common, and it would be nice to have a workaround.

Unfortunately, the type does not seem to support previews at this time.

1)Preview an attachment in the timeline

2)Supported email file attachments

Currently, the support email file attachments are only the ones mentioned in the documentation

But you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
