When our ticket sales reps are scheduling appointments in CRM for sales it is automatically sending out calendar invites to that person. The issue is the calendar invite is including the notes that the rep wrote about the person – which is not good. is it possible to turn off that automatically send invites setting in CRM?
It's a bit of a hack, and the users might get a notification at an invitation has been sent. We recently had our vendor make a work-around for it, and if it's an issue I'll write a blog post about it.
