Yodlee Bank Account Linking Issue

We keep having issues where bank accounts get linked but then for some reason they get unlinked.

This time, we are unable to re-link the bank accounts and we keep getting this message:

"All bank account links are up to date, or no online bank accounts exist." For any accounts we try to link when the link status is "unlinked"!

How can we resolve this?  We disabled and enabled the yodlee feed but still are running into this issue.
I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

Would you have any further details of the error, and if you have any extensions installed?

    I hope I can help.

    Regards,

Is there an option to manually import the bank statement for you?
I had an experience with Yodlee and after a while I switched back to manual import the statement to keep the process smooth.

Thank you all.  I am trying to restart the BC service and see if that fixes the problem.  Will report back!

    Hi,

Tthe “All bank account links are up to date…” message is a known frustration when Yodlee’s internal status gets out of sync with BC. Even if BC shows the account as unlinked, Yodlee may still report it as linked, preventing a fresh connection.

    Here’s what’s possible:

    • First, try unlinking the bank account from BC using the Unlink Online Bank Account action. If that fails, go to the Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds Service Setup page and toggle the service off, then back on. This resets the consumer identity and clears cached link data.
    • If the issue persists, open the Bank Account Card, go to Bank Statement Service, and choose Edit Online Bank Account Information. This lets you re-enter credentials and may trigger a refresh of the link status.
    • Some users have resolved this by changing the Bank Statement Import Format temporarily to another value (e.g., BANKDATA) and then switching it back to YODLEEBANKFEED. This forces BC to reinitialize the feed setup.
    • If none of the above works, you may need to manually clear the Bank Stmt. Service Record field via a support ticket or extension. This field controls the link status and can block re-linking if it’s stuck.

Hi, this doesn't look like a standard error.
Can you provide more detailed error information?
    Thanks.

This issue usually happens when the Yodlee connection token expires or desyncs, but Business Central still thinks the accounts are linked. Here's what you can try:

    1. Go to Bank Accounts in BC → open the affected account → remove the Online Bank Account Link manually if it's still partially there.

    2. Then re-initiate the linking via Bank Statement Service Setup.

    3. If the issue persists, clear the browser cache or try from a private window—Yodlee sometimes caches credentials.

    4. If nothing works, you may need to remove and re-add the Yodlee connection under Bank Statement Service Setup.

If the error continues, it might be best to raise a support ticket with Microsoft—this behavior has been reported intermittently.
