Good afternoon,

I am trying to become far more familiar with GP and am now tackling multicurrency. Here is my scenario. My functional currency is USD. All my prices are USD. A customer from Germany wants to buy a product. Does Dynamics have the capability to set up a quote in USD that auto converts to Euros for the customer w/o adding prices for the Euro on the item card? Explained another way, the customer wants widget and my price is 5.00 USD; can GP take the 5.00 USD price, look up the exchange rate and quote the price to the customer at the current Euro exchange rate?

Hi Micheal,

Yes if you print the quote or order on functional currency and Euro has a valid exchange rate for the date it will convert the Euro to USD and print the same. You might have to modify the report to print value on functional currency.
