On one of my onebox machines, when creating a new project, the "Finance Operations" project template is missing?
What could be the reason for this? I can't find a solution.... There was no such problem before.

Please give us more information. Is this is a newly deployed DEV environment? If so, how did you deploy it?
Or did it work before? If so, what has changed? Did you install an update, for example?
Do you see "Finance and Operations (Dynamics 365)" among installed extensions?
