Lead Scoring - Condition for Attributes who are not initial

Dear Marketing-Community,

is there a work around in configuring lead scoring to meet the condition that "First Name" is not initial?

I only can chosse "is initial" as operator or can chosse "<>" but here i have to maintain an expression so i cant ask for a initial value.

It is not possible that such a simple query cannot be built in Lead SCoring: If it contains any value, the score should be increased.

Thank you for your help!

Best Regards

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Jenni,

Could you share a more specific example?

As per my understanding towards your description, I'm afraid currently there is no "Begins with" operator in lead scoring model.

    Dear Clofly,

i would like to maintain the following expression:

If the attribute "First Name" of the lead is not initial - i want to raise the score.

But it is not possible to leave the expression empty. If i want to activate the lead scoring with that expression i get an error message. (see screenshot)

Is there a different way to solve this requirement?

    Thank you!

Wondering if there is a translation issue here.

Were you referring to being able to check whether FirstName is not empty?

We recently added the capability to check is empty and are looking into adding the is not empty check soon->

In the meantime one potential workaround you could use is instead of adding points for an "is not empty" condition you could select the "is empty" condition and subtract points.

    Hope that helps

    Hi Jenni,

    > If the attribute "First Name" of the lead is not initial - I want to raise the score.

For the description "is not initial", do you mean that raising score if first name of lead is not empty?(As what Saurabh thought and from screenshot you posted.)

If yes, please wait for new operator "is not empty" being released in future update and refer to Saurabh's workaround.

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hi Clofly,

yes - i mean it it is NOT EMPTY.

What does future update mean? Next Month? Next Year?

    Best Regards

I also added an idea for that in the idea forum - There are already several inquiries about this requirement.
