I believe the only way to access all trade agreements (purch.) & (sales) for every account is from the AOT in the PriceDiscTable. This can be exported to excel and manipulated accordingly but obviously isn't as clean as doing it from AX and be sure not to change any data!
You can pull specific vendor prices from the vendor record and export into excel as per any grid view in AX (Ctrl+T).
