RE: Automatic Bank Statement Import Setup Error
Hi, we just ran into the exact same issue with the Yodlee bank feed service. Originally we had set everything up and it was working perfectly, with 40 bank accounts all linked and the automatic bank statement import jobs setup and running without any problems. Then after I copied our Production environment into a new Sandbox and disabled Yodlee in the Sandbox to avoid having duplicate connections to the bank, it 'broke' the Yodlee setup in Production and I had to reset everything. After doing that, half the accounts in Production starting giving the same error about multi-factor authentication when I tried to re-enable the automatic bank statement import.
I contacted our Partner and they submitted a ticket to MIcrosoft, but none of the suggested solutions that they provided helped to resolve the problem. What did end up finally working was for each bank account, I had to unlink it, then re-link it and go through the Yodlee bank site login process again.
For our bank there is a dropdown menu at the bottom of login screen asking if a token is required and I selected 'No' since we don't use our tokens for login. It would then list all the accounts in the window and without making any changes to what was displayed there, I just clicked on Close. After doing that, it got rid of the multi-factor error and I could re-enable the automatic bank statement import job. I had to do the same steps, including the login, for each account that had the error.
Hope this helps!
