I Want to interact with NODUS Payments credit card extension through econnect externally from other application. please any one can help to solve this issue.

Unless Nodus have made you some econnect stored procedures to call then you will have to extend eConnect yourself using custom nodes to interact with whatever you need.
Very much a custom job.
