How to overcome below issue.?

Hello All Experts,

When i check duplicate detection rule then there is an error in the details section.

Bulk Detect Duplicate Limit Exceeded. The Bulk Duplicate Detection job cannot detect more than 5000 duplicates. Please review your duplicate rules or resolve existing duplicates and rerun the job.

My Question:- How to review duplicate rules or resolve existing duplicates and rerun the job?

can anyone help me in resolving this??

    Check the rules.

    If there are non required fields used and if you are not selecting Ignore Blank Values then you might get this.

    Hi,

    Do you expect there to be more than 5000 duplicates? If so, then it may be that you need to adopt a different approach to cleaning up your data using a tool such as Scribe or Kingswaysoft's SSIS Toolkit.

    If you don't expect there to be more than 5000 duplicates, then it could be that you are matching on a field that is empty - in which case you need to ignore blank values and incative records - see msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh547424.aspx
