I need the ability to pick items (create a pic doc, add items to said pick doc) as well as create a picklist via webservices for Manufacturing Module. Does GP 2010 have this functionality in webservices or econnect?
Is there any third party tool available to accomplish this?

Scribe will work with all of GP - as long as there is an econnect adapter. Otherwise you will have to do direct to table. We also recommend scribe for integrations.

Is Scribe tool is helpful for Dynamics GP Integration from Any other application or it is only for CRM integration.
As far as eConnect, I know there are none. Webservices, I will have to defer to someone else. As far as 3rd party, our company usually recommends Scribe. It is a bit spendy, but very flexible tool.
