Synchronize Issue while adding new field to table

Hi,

I have added new string field to CustInvoiceJour table and getting below warning :

I usually used to continue this , but would like to ask what exactly it is? please highlight on this.

    you can delete this field and create new

    This is just a notification, appearing since the table is filled with the records. Warning indicates that, due to recreation of table, there is a chance of data loss.

    data does not loss usually if you are just adding a separate column.

    There is very high chance of data loss if you are changing the properties of columns(like decrease of length).

    Just as a best practice, avoid adding more than 4 columns into any standard table.
