I am running into a strange issue. I have a user for whom sales taxes do not automatically calculate. This is on GP2018 on the receivables transaction entry screen. When they enter the tax schedule the tax details and amount does not populate. The user in question is a power user.
I have other users for whom the same process works well, including a test account that is also setup as a power user and functions according to expectations.
Is there a step or something I may be missing? Look forward to a response.
