Hello,
I am having an issue trying to customize (hide and show form elements) in the "letter" activity form which comes with out of the box CRM.
Once I set some Business Rules or JS to hide and show fields, when I try inside a Campaig to create a "letter" and distribute that activity, the form shown in that part of the process is not responding to business rules or JS.
Any ideas how to workaround this issue?
