Hi Prashant, i deleted the post because i have answered in a wrong thread and is not relevant to the current situation.
The related navigation is present from starting, there are no changes that has been made to the system but still unsure why the it not showing up.
I have checked from other entities (2013) which have the option enabled and i don't see any notice, give a try with the online trail account also but no luck.
Have you added the 'Quote Request' entity on the navigation bar?

Do you use IE? and which version of CRM you have ?
