GP 2015 R2 Automatic Client Update Not Working

Hello,

I just recently updated my dev GP server with the latest GP 2015 hotfix and would like to use the automatic client updates to push the update to the client systems. I have never used this feature before.

When I look at my SQL table, I can see that it is in fact listed to be POSTED:

The network folder and path is shared to all users, including myself.

When I go onto a Windows 10 client and connect to GP, I can get as far as choosing my company. Hitting next results in an error telling me there is a version mismatch and to check the log. How do I get GP to prompt me for the client upgrade I have set?
