Do you have the same issue when using the original Reconcile Bank Statement screen? And do you have this on Inquiry>> Checkbook Balance and Checkbook Inquiry? If yes then you might be having a corrupted transaction in your CM tables that need to be checked, however if all other screens were fine and your issue is only from the mentioned screen then you will need to contact your application vendor.

Sorry that you are having a tough time with this. However, the window you for which you provided a screenshot is not actually a Microsoft product. Instead it is a 3rd party addition created by Encore Business Solutions.
Unfortunately this means that we really cannot be of any assistance on this. I would recommend contacting the 3rd party vendor. Below is the link to their support information for Dynamics GP.

Also, I do need to point out that support for GP 9.0 ended 10/12/2010 per the following:
