Has this issue been resolved? Client is planning on upgrading to 12.00.1482 and problem remains.
While they can put the window in full screen, it does not show all the information, and the text remains small.
We have tried adjusting the resolution on the monitor, placing it in various modes (under windows 7) all to no resolve.

Dexterity windows have fixed sizes that don't change based on text/DPI sizes set in the OS. You could implement Web Client for GP 2013 as it supports the browser zoom so that may be another option for this issue as well.
