We have an on-prem Dynamics 365 crm environment.

Klientversion: 1.4.4019-v91onpremise
Our backend servers have a strange behavior. It looks like they are not freeing up memory.
There are 32 GB memory in both mashines. They are working well, but usually after ca 1,5-2 weeks we reach 96-98% memory usage in both servers, and than our crm stops to work correctly.
We have to restart the Microsoft dynamics 365 asynchronous processing service and after that everything start to work correctly again.
Do you have some experience why this happens? How can we fix that? Can we force somehow to start garbage collection and free up memory automatically?
