I have recently setup a new user in our GP Dynamics system who is only to have inquiry rights. Within the security role that he has been assigned he can only access the inquiry menu, the reports menu, and smartlists. When running smartlists this same user can get data to populate for all other smartlists (i.e. financial, sales, etc) except for "payables transaction" information under the purchasing folder. When running the smartlist the record count displays blank in the beginnig / and then the number of records that it is pulling however the rows within the columns will not populate with data. Has anyone experieneced this and if so what did you do to fix it? This is a very strange occurence.
