When i log on with administrator login to CRM 16 update 2 there is several JS errors in a browser and there is an empty page:
It's strange. My account enters CRM nice.
What should i do to solve a problem?

Hi try following solution
1- Restart IIS if you have on premise version
2- Clear your browser cache
3- Try other browsers as well
