I am new to D365 Retail, in D365FO, the user access are controlled by user roles. How does the system manage the Retail users (store staff, managers) access?

You can handle POS access by Permission groups (A set of enabled/disabled Permissions that can be assigned to each Worker )

The POS permission group is assigned to a worker at the Job level. To view this through Retail, go to: Retail >> Employees>> Workers >> select a worker >> in Retail fast tab >> POS permission group
