I want to hide System views based on Security Roles .How can we achieve ?

In system views we have different types in contact entity.but i want to show only three or four system views based on their security roles.Please suggest !

OOB Views only have Activate/Deactivate.

Or we may simply restrict user permissions to show relevant records.

you can refer to the Scott's suggestion. But it required a lots of effort.

Hi Tom S,

I have tried with App (My Apps) i have created app and created which views i want to show, and gave security role also.but it is not worked as expected.

I looked that link already but that is worked based on tool.can we have any OOB functionality?

I don't believe you can restrict system views. If a user has read access to entity they will have access to view.
