Hi Anane,
there are only few elements to help you: i will try to guide you throught resolution by apply standard task.
1) It's seem to be field n.7 to have some problem, please try to remove one field per time (starting from n.7)
2) When you will identify the field, try to understand if this field belong from others fields
3) Please check if there is some javascript or business rule active
