hello,
i want to know if there's a way to restart the transactions in RMS, in this case the customer have 10 stores and need to restart the transaction counter because the store change the name, they want to go from transactionnumber='1245' to transactionnumber='1', im not sure if its posible so need help

First you have to delete previous transaction and them set the next transactionnumber on Store Operations Administrator. Make a backup of previous DataBase.
Hi, Transaction numbers in store database is auto incremented so it is impossible to set back at 1 or less. But you can still set transaction numbers (using above procedure) greater than the current maximum transaction number. In your case, you can choose numbers > 1245.
If you are synching to headquarters, this might cause information to be overwritten/updated in HQ unless store id is changed.
Start Store Operations Administrator. On the File menu, click Connect, type the SQL Server password in the Password box, select the Store Operations database that you want to set the next transaction number for in the Database list, and then click OK. Click Database, and then click Set Next Transaction Number.
Click Yes. Type in the value and then click OK. Click Yes, and then click OK.
