Phone call button in activities subgrid in opportunity entity is not working when clicking in Microsoft dynamics mobile app. We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 version 8. It's works fine in web the issue is only with mobile app that too for only one entity activity subgrid. Is it due to product bug or any upgrade issue? What goes wrong?

I'm using the latest version only and have checked in both android and iOS. Also I tried in 4 Mobile devices. The button is not working.
Should I go for microsoft support?
Hello, in this case I have few questions:
+ Is the mobile app updated with the last version?
+ Is the error occurring in both Operative System (Android and IOS) or just one? And which?
+ If you try on another mobile, still occurring the error?
And finally, if this error occurs on multiple devices I would recommend you to open a ticket.
