I have a group of about 15 users that are using a hosted CRM 2011 in Office 365 Outlook 2013 (32 Bit). The online CRM site work fine but the plugin keeps crashing for various users. I was at first uninstalling the plug in and reinstalling and connecting again to hosted application and it would resolve the issue. But, it keeps happening. I have installed Microsoft Sign On assistant and enabled Windows Identity Foundation 3.5. All of these users have the exact same hardware (machines less than a year old) and all are running windows 8.1 (64 bit). I am not sure what to try next. Any ideas. I need a permanent solution not just a work around (like the uninstalling/reinstalling of plugin)
