Interest Notes for D365

When processing interest notes  why can't I see the invoice number  that applies to the interest? Thank you

    Hi Sylvia,

    Please have a look at the screenprint from Satish.

    You have to click the hyperlink and then open the transactions tab to see the invoice details.

    Posted it, marked interest per transaction.

    Once you print reference is still there..

    In my environment, i can't find the invoice number and it's not available via personalization, did you enable any feature or customize it. If you have multiple invoices, there may be an issue. Give above a try.

    Good Morning Sylvia Dixon,

    Can you please click on the interest note number (the blue hyperlink).

    This opens a new form where you can scroll down to a transactions tab, which lists the different invoices, the amount of interest, the original amount and other information.
