Retrieve the deleted data

Hi Team,
 
We accidentally deleted a service case on our live site on dynamics… is there a way to retrieve it? 
 
Deleted from customer service hub -
I checked to retrieve the data and system allow to do from last 28 days but when I'm running that it is getting failed. Is there any another way that I can retrieve the data.

    There is no option to directly recover deleted records. There are other tools available, like the XRM toolbox, that can enable logging and it supports recovering the last version of deleted records.

    Try these tools in xrmtoolbox as per your need , if audit was enabled you can use recycle bin , if audit was not enabled but Recycle bin is enabled in your organization you can use the dataverse bin restore. These tools are helpful for your scenarios.
