    Hi

    Go to the Item Card --> Planning --> Order Modifiers , here you can mention the minimum order quantity for Planning items

    refer the below links how to setup Replenishment in detail

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh168174(v=nav.71).aspx

    You need setup this on Item Card or SKU (Planning Tab)  if you are using Stocking Keeping units. Please refer to the below link how you can do an inventory planning

    this is not working for me...   i have tried to add the quantity i  need in planning but the list shows blank...

    if i print a list out what i need to order with the planning it shows zero... only what is ordered it will come with a list but if my stock is zero and i say i need minimum  50 pcs  it just does not come on the list...

    wondering why it is so complicated in Navi...

    this does not work at all..  how can i define a minimum stock in the system so when i want to   check what i need to order.

    so the from the system i can take a list what i have to order and the list should also include what is sold and not delivered

    example

    minimum stock is                      10 pcs

    sold item  not yet delivered       5 pcs

    i have 1 pce  in stock

    so it means that i need to order minimum  14 pcs

    how do i define this in the system?

    How do I get the list of what i need to order

    Try Just once ...

    1. Go to your Stock keeping Unit Card.

    2. Replenishment System :: Purchase

    3. Reorder Policy :: Maximum

    4. Reordering Policy :: 9

    5. Maximum Inventory :: 10

    6. Minimum Order Quantity :: 1

    7. Order multiple :: 1

    8. Run Requisition Worksheet (Company Name/Departments/Purchase/Planning)

    I cannot find   "Reordering Policy :: 9"   for example... i have one called  Reorder Point... do you mean this ???

    Sorry my mistake ... There should be Reorder Point.

    As per above example You can hold maximum inventory for 10 quantity(Maximum Inventory) and system will trigger the requisition when inventory go below or equal to 9 quantity(Reorder Point).
