We are trying to set up Project Service so that our custom Entities can be downloaded to Outlook
We have 3 environments
1 has the following option (sync resource bookings)
The other 2 which are both 8.2 and have the same solution package numbers for Project Service and Field Service do not have the option
Is there any setup steps missing?

This is interesting. I checked my Online 8.2 sites and they have the personal option for resource booking. I have not seen this drop but for sure seems there is installation step missing. Did you setup these environments separate from requesting a project service instance provisioned?
Just wondering if with the new 365 online provisioning of instances will the manual import of those solutions no longer work. Let me know.
